2. Pleading of the case of its member is to conduct on minimum rate and to get rid of litigants from the botheration of speedy disposal/prohibitory order/ final pleading.

3. To help members in selecting learned advocates as per the merit of case, in avoiding unnecessary difficulties and expenses.

4. Constitution of a panel of learned Advocates, Munshis and other required staff, who will pursue the case of members in minimum expenses.

5. Proper arrangement and constitution for filing cases and constitution of cases to members residing in remote areas through telephone and fax and apprised them the progress.

6. In case of Advocates' strike, impart training to litigants for arguing before court themselves.

7. For fulfilling collective objective, preparing and filing Public Interest Litigations in the interest of litigants.

8. To present report before court, organizing symposiums regarding judicial complexities and its redressal and present before court and judiciary on the basis of conclusion.

9. Strive towards virtually to make fruitful the passion of speedy justice. Filing Public Interest Litigation, hold legal camp and publishing magazine, booklet regarding law, organize thought symposium.
